Crystal Sandberg
After graduating from Eastmont High School in 1999, she attended Central Washington University and pursued a major in music education with a minor in spanish. As a trumpet student, she performed in the university's top wind ensemble, orchestra, brass ensemble, a brass quintet, and many other small group opportunities.
Upon receiving her teaching certificate, she took a position in the Wenatchee School District as a music teacher in two schools, teaching kindergarten, first and third grade and special eduction music, as well as fourth and fifth grade strings.
At FPCW, Crystal teaches fourth and fifth grade Sunday school. Crystal goes to great lengths to ensure that her students understand as much of the grace of God as they can understand. She and Jeff also both lead the middle school youth group (6th-8th grade) among their musical duties at FPCW. Crystal performs on bass guitar, trumpet and keyboard as part of the FPCW worship team.
